The interiors are clean and unmarked except for the very occasional pencil mark or small bit of foxing. No inscriptions or bookplates are present. Blue cloth boards are gently bumped to extremities, bit of fraying to the head and tail of some of the spines with some light soiling and discolouration to some boards. Clean gilt titles and device to each spine. Beautiful colour frontis illustration to each volume by Walter H. Everett. Volume # 5 front hinge is cracked but firmly attached.
