SIGNED, "To W. E. Haywood, Esq., with compliments of W.H.G. Armstrong, March 13th, 1925. Very gently read. Text block is solid. Odd finger smudge otherwise the interior is clean. Black ink titles to the front board. Red boards are a bit bumped to extremities with light soiling to show. Rear board is a bit hinged but still firmly attached. Without dustjacket. Extremely scarce title, especially signed. A strong and pointed argument against the establishment of the dual, public and separate school systems prevalent on the Canadian prairies. The debate rages on 100 years later! Mr. Armstrong was the Grand Lecturer of the Provincial Grand Lodge Officers of Saskatchewan 1920-1921.
